I had a delightful stay at a hotel located right next to a beautiful lake. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with a small but adequate bathroom. the staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where I had a good meal. In the morning, I was treated to a satisfying breakfast. the location was perfect, as I could take lovely walks around the lake and enjoy the parkland with its water features. It was a peaceful and picturesque setting.
I did notice that the food options at the vending machine in the foyer were limited, and it would have been convenient to have more everyday sundries available for purchase.

Amazing staff, always friendly and helpful. Any issues were resolved quickly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel had a great location, with a beautiful lake nearby for a relaxing walk.
The restaurant was quite basic and busy in the evenings. The breakfast experience was chaotic, with a lack of seating and plates/bowls.

Spent Easter at a hotel near a beautiful lake, with ample parking and friendly staff. the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with the necessary facilities we needed to have a good stay. the location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.
The restaurant attached to the hotel left a lot to be desired. We had to queue for almost an hour to be seated and get our order taken, which was quite frustrating.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was superb, situated by a picturesque lake which provided stunning views from my room. The hotel's setting was not only beautiful but also very convenient, with shopping centers nearby. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Finally, the rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the usual Premier Inn facilities. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and providing basic amenities was commendable.
All aspects of my stay were satisfactory.
